Kath’s experience enables her to provide strong leadership and advocacy in the assessment of internationally qualified nurses and midwives for the purposes of skilled migration. She is committed to the design and implementation of quality systems and processes to maximise efficiency but also to ensure the nursing and midwifery workforce in Australia is as good as it can be. Vincent Blokker (IELTS Operations Manager @IDP IELTS) Vincent has nearly ten years of experience working with IELTS. He has supported test takers directly on test day and has run IELTS webinars and workshops for students and teachers. As a result, Vincent understands the expectations of IELTS test takers, teachers and the requirements of organisations that use IELTS results. Most recently, Vincent has been working on the launch of IELTS One Skill Retake across Australia. Alice Guan (Destination Migration Manager @IDP Education) Our Destination Migration Manager Alice has run the full gamut of the international student experience in Australia. She completed high school in Melbourne and has studied at CQU, Victoria Tasmania and Deakin Universities. She has worked as a full-time translator, student visa consultant and now as a Migration Consultant. She has been in the industry for more than 10 years. Her specialisations include temporary/permanent employer-sponsored visas, general skilled migration, skills assessment, business visas, student visas, family migration, resident return visas, and Australian citizenship applications.
